Challange
Karriärföretagen identifies Sweden’s Every year, Karriärföretagen makes a list of the most exciting companies for career growth. The goal is to help job seekers find employers who offer good career opportunities and a supportive workplace. Karriärföretagen looks at important factors like how involved employees are and the chances to learn and grow. Some of the companies on the list have been IKEA, Klarna, and Boston Consulting Group.
Scope
In 2015, Karriärföretagen needed a new logo and visual identity for their website and marketing materials. The logo needed to be easily recognizable while also representing the prestige of an honorable award for recipient companies.
Delivery
The result was a badge that supported both companies and job seekers by making career choices easier and more informed. The delivery included a full visual identity with a logo, badge, infographics, and marketing materials. The badge design used colors inspired by the parent company, Dagens Industri. It was designed to be neutral and clear, with the year prominently displayed, making it easy to use on websites and in marketing. The visual identity helped increase recognition and trust, highlighting the selected companies as leading employers in Sweden’s competitive job market.
