Delivering the brand experience all the way to the customer's door
Challenge
Urb-it, a start-up in the e-commerce and service sector, delivers orders within an hour. The challenge was that these types of services were new at the time, facing significant competition. We aimed to stand out by being environmentally friendly while also offering exceptional service and customer experiences that differentiated us from competitors. When developing the Urb-it app, it was crucial that the user experience was delightful. Another challenge was that our B2B partners were not always technologically compatible with our service.
Solution
I was responsible for UX and brand design, collaborating closely with the development team on the creation of the Urb-it app. We adopted an insight-driven and agile approach. To promote the service alongside our partners, we created campaign pages that integrated seamlessly with our platform.
Result
The campaign pages enabled collaborations with well-established brands like H&M, Gina Tricot, NK, and Volvo Cars, which expected a service seamlessly integrated with their digital platforms.
We created an app that was easy to use and visually appealing to our target audience. With just a few clicks, users could effortlessly order items from our partners’ websites. Our philosophy was to honor our partners’ brands by delivering the brand experience all the way to the customer’s door, ensuring they received an experience as good as in-store. Therefore the app also included features like personalized messages, gift wrapping, and other enhancements that elevated the overall customer experience.
